For more than thirty years, Dr. Pawan Monga has remained actively engaged in public life, contributing to both political organization and community development across Delhi. His career reflects a steady progression built on grassroots involvement, organizational leadership, and a long-standing commitment to serving people through both political and social initiatives.
Dr. Pawan Monga entered active politics in 1992 through the Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha (BJYM). Beginning at the grassroots level, he dedicated himself to expanding the party’s local presence and strengthening connections with citizens. His consistent efforts and organizational capabilities enabled him to take on greater responsibilities within the Bharatiya Janata Party over the years.
A significant phase of his political career came during his tenure as Secretary of BJP Delhi Pradesh from 2014 to 2020. During these six years, he contributed to organizational planning, membership drives, election management, and coordination among party workers across the national capital. His role also involved strengthening communication between the party and local communities while supporting initiatives aimed at increasing public participation.
Currently, Dr. Pawan Monga serves as a State Executive Member of BJP Delhi Pradesh, where he continues to contribute to organizational strategy and policy discussions. His decades of political experience allow him to provide valuable insights into grassroots governance and community engagement.
Apart from his organizational responsibilities, Dr. Monga has also served as Incharge of the Greater Kailash Vidhan Sabha and Chief Spokesperson for the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana in Delhi, helping facilitate awareness of government initiatives and supporting outreach efforts at the community level.
Beyond politics, his commitment to social welfare is reflected through Ekta Mission, an organization he founded in 2000. Working in areas such as healthcare, education, environmental awareness, and social harmony, the organization has undertaken various community initiatives over the years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ekta Mission expanded its efforts to assist families facing unprecedented challenges.
